Setup → Seeder Library contains ready-made Automations and WhatsApp Flows that tenants can use in their workspace.When a tenant starts a collection, it is copied to their account. The copy is independent, so changes to the original do not affect existing tenant copies.
Collections are hidden from tenants until Available to Customers is enabled.

Import
Click Sync Seeders to get the latest platform collections. Syncing:
Adds new platform collections.
Updates existing platform collections.
Does not change the Available to Customers setting.
A hidden collection stays hidden after syncing.
Click Add Collection to create your own collection.

Supported types are Automation , WhatsApp Flow , and Template . Click Import to import collections from a .json file.

Maximum file size: 10 MB
The file can contain a single collection or an array of collections.
Use a unique seeder_key to safely re-import a collection.
If the same seeder_key already exists, the collection is updated instead of duplicated.
The Available to Customers setting is not changed during import.
Edit collections Editing depends on the collection source.
To customize a platform collection, create or import your own version and disable the original collection.
