The remaining tabs — AI, API Keys, Notification, and Subscription Lifecycle — are documented below.

AI

Choose AI billing

Use the AI allowance included with your plan. Usage counts toward your monthly limits. The page shows the current provider, model, and remaining allowance.
My own API key is available only on plans that include this option. If Upgrade is shown, you must upgrade your plan first.
If your plan no longer supports your own API key, the platform automatically switches back to Platform tokens. If you select your own API key but do not save a key, the option is treated as not configured.

AI assistants and knowledge bases

AI assistants and their knowledge bases always use Platform tokens. Their usage counts toward your plan’s monthly AI allowance, even if you have configured your own API key.

Website reading

AI assistants can use website content as a knowledge base. Some websites use JavaScript to load their content, which may prevent the platform from reading the page normally. Enable browser-based reading to use a browser service for these websites.

Use Test it on a page to check the configuration.
This setting applies to all tenants. Tenants do not need to configure it separately.

API Keys

API Keys allow your external website to retrieve your platform’s plans and prices.

The API token is shown only once when it is created. Copy and store it securely. If you lose it, regenerate the token to create a new one — the old token will no longer work.
The page also shows the Base URL, available endpoints, and Authorization header. Use the copy buttons to copy these values. Existing tokens can be regenerated or deleted.

Plan Limit Almost Reached applies to your own plan. Tenant plan limit alerts are configured separately under Tenant Plan Limit Alerts.

Subscription Lifecycle

Configure what happens when a tenant’s subscription expires or a payment fails.
These settings apply to your tenants, not your own subscription.

Grace Period & Suspension

Configure how long tenants keep access after their subscription expires or trial ends.
The Grace Period & Suspension card, with the grace period and billing-only days

The Grace Period & Suspension card, with the grace period and billing-only days

The subscription moves through these stages:

Full access

The grace period. The tenant keeps everything.

Billing Only

The tenant can sign in and pay, but cannot use other features.

Expired

The subscription has ended.
A grace period gives tenants time to complete a payment that may still be processing.

Deletion Scheduling

The Deletion Scheduling card, with the deletion delay in days

Deletion Delay (days) controls how long after automatic suspension before the tenant’s data is scheduled for permanent deletion. The default is 14 days. This setting applies only to tenants automatically suspended through Payment Retry.
This can permanently delete tenant data. Set a period that gives tenants enough time to restore their account.

Auto-Renewal (eMandate)

These settings control Razorpay auto-renewal timing.

In production, RBI requires a 24-hour pre-debit period. Use a lower value only for testing.

Payment Retry (Dunning)

Automatically retry failed payments before suspending a tenant. This applies only to tenants with auto-renewal and a saved payment method.
The Payment Retry card, with the retry limit and the interval between attempts

The Payment Retry card, with the retry limit and the interval between attempts

With the default settings, payments are retried after 3, 5, and 7 days. If all attempts fail, the tenant is suspended.

Notifications

Configure reminders before a tenant’s subscription expires.
The Notifications card, with the expiry warning and its reminder schedule

The Notifications card, with the expiry warning and its reminder schedule

With the default settings, tenants receive reminders 7, 5, 3, and 1 day before expiry.
Tenants with an active auto-renewal mandate do not receive these reminders, because they receive the pre-debit notification instead.
