Settings → Channels contains the app credentials used by your tenants to connect WhatsApp, Messenger, and Shopify.
Configure these settings once. Tenants do not need to enter your app credentials — they only connect their own WhatsApp account, Facebook Page, or Shopify store.

Your Meta app, so tenants can connect their WhatsApp Business Account.

Messenger

Your Meta app, for connecting Facebook Pages.

Shopify

Your Shopify app, so tenants can connect their own store.

WhatsApp

Shopify App Settings

URLs to register

The page provides these URLs with copy buttons. Add them to your Shopify app exactly as shown.
  • App URL
  • Allowed redirection URL
  • Webhook endpoint
Make sure the App URL is registered correctly. It is used when merchants open your app.

Tenant-owned Shopify Apps

Allow tenants to use their own Shopify app is disabled by default. When enabled, tenants can optionally enter their own Shopify app credentials from their workspace settings. Tenants already connected through your app will continue to work.
