When a feature is not included
If a feature is not included in the tenant’s plan, it appears in one of two ways. The reseller only decides whether a feature is included in a plan. The platform automatically decides whether the feature is hidden or locked.
When a tenant reaches a limit
A tenant cannot exceed the limit set by their plan. Depending on the feature, the tenant may see:- An error when trying to use the feature.
- A message explaining the limit before starting an action.
- A warning when they are close to the limit.
- An Upgrade Plan option if a higher plan provides a higher limit.
Tenant usage
Tenants can view their usage from My Subscription. The What’s included section shows the features included in the plan, along with current usage and the allowed limit.
A progress bar and status label show how close the tenant is to each limit.
Creating a plan
When creating a plan, the reseller chooses which features to include and the limit for each feature. The platform automatically handles locked features and usage warnings — these behaviors cannot be changed when creating a plan.A feature can only be added to a tenant plan if the reseller’s own plan includes that feature. If the reseller does not have access to a feature, it cannot be offered to tenants.
