Pricing Strategy Tips
Monthly retainer model
Monthly retainer model
Charge a flat monthly fee that covers full platform access. This works well for clients who value cost predictability and simplicity. You absorb usage variability, so make sure your plan limits align with typical client usage before setting your price.
Per-conversation model
Per-conversation model
Bundle Meta conversation costs directly into your per-message or per-conversation pricing. This makes you the billing intermediary for Meta’s charges and requires careful tracking of conversation types (user-initiated vs. business-initiated). Most resellers avoid this model due to the added accounting complexity.
Tiered feature model
Tiered feature model
Offer a low-cost entry plan with modest contact and message limits, then upsell clients to higher tiers as their usage grows. Gating premium features (such as API access or AI messaging) behind upper tiers gives clients a clear upgrade path and increases your average revenue per account over time.
You are never required to disclose WaMatrix pricing to your clients. The rates you charge are entirely your own business decision, and WaMatrix does not appear on any invoice or billing communication your clients receive.
