Example — Lead Nurture Sequence
Here’s a practical automation your clients can set up in under 10 minutes:
The result: every new lead automatically receives a welcome message, a follow-up 24 hours later, and then lands in the sales team’s inbox on day three — ready for a live conversation.
Automation flows respect WhatsApp’s 24-hour messaging window. A free-form message (non-template) can only be sent within 24 hours of the customer’s last inbound message. Outside that window, you must use a Meta-approved template message. Plan your nurture sequences accordingly and make sure all outbound-initiated messages use approved templates.
