Enter the workspace name — this is typically the client’s business name.
3
Enter the primary contact email
Enter the primary contact email address. This person will receive the workspace invitation and be set as the workspace owner.
4
Assign a plan (optional)
Optionally assign a plan immediately, or leave it unassigned and add it later from the workspace’s Subscription tab.
5
Create the workspace
Click Create Workspace. The primary contact receives an email with a link to set their password and get started.
Workspace Isolation
Every workspace operates as a fully sealed environment within your reseller account. The following are completely independent per workspace and are never shared between clients:- Contact lists and segments — each client owns their own database of contacts
- Conversation history — messages and chat threads are scoped to the workspace
- WhatsApp Business numbers — each workspace connects its own WABA and phone number(s)
- Team members and roles — agents, admins, and permissions are managed per workspace
- Billing and plan assignment — each workspace is on its own plan with its own usage counters
- Automation flows and chatbots — all flows are isolated and cannot reference data from another workspace
Managing Existing Workspaces
Your Clients list view gives you a central place to manage every workspace at a glance:- Search and filter — find workspaces by name or status to quickly locate a specific client
- View workspace details — click any workspace to open its full detail page, including subscription info, usage stats, and settings
- Suspend or re-activate — pause a client’s access instantly, then restore it just as quickly when they’re ready to resume
- Impersonate (view as client) — enter a workspace as if you were the client, giving you full visibility for support and troubleshooting without requiring the client to share their credentials
Workspace Statuses
When you view a client’s workspace via impersonation, both your account and the client’s account log show the access event for audit purposes.
