# Applying for WaMatrix Reseller Access: Step by Step

> WaMatrix Reseller is invite-only. Learn the application process, what the founding reseller program offers, and what to expect after you apply.

WaMatrix Reseller access is application-based — it is not a self-serve sign-up. Every application is reviewed personally by the WaMatrix team, and not every applicant is accepted. This is intentional: keeping the partner network selective ensures a higher quality of support, faster feature iteration based on real agency needs, and a reseller community worth being part of.

## The Application Process

    Visit [wamatrix.io/reseller](https://wamatrix.io/reseller) and complete the short application form. It takes approximately 5 minutes. You'll be asked about your agency, the types of clients you work with, and how you plan to use the platform.

    The WaMatrix team reviews every application personally. Expect a reply within **72 hours**. If your application is shortlisted, you may be asked a follow-up question or two before a final decision is made.

  <Step title="Founder onboarding call">
    If accepted, you'll receive a personal onboarding call with the WaMatrix founder. This is a real conversation — not a sales call. The goal is to make sure you're set up for success and that the platform is a genuine fit for your use case.

  <Step title="Dashboard access">
    After the onboarding call, you gain access to your master reseller dashboard. From there, you can connect your custom domain, configure your branding, and start creating client workspaces immediately.

## Founding Reseller Program

WaMatrix Reseller launched with a founding partner program — **50 spots only**. Once all 50 seats are filled, the founding program closes permanently and standard pricing and terms apply to all future applicants. The page at wamatrix.io/reseller will go offline when the last spot is claimed.

Founding Resellers receive five exclusive benefits that are not available at standard pricing:

## What We Look For

WaMatrix Reseller is built for a specific type of partner. Strong applicants typically fall into one of these profiles:

* **Agencies running WhatsApp marketing for multiple clients** — you're already managing WhatsApp campaigns or customer communications on behalf of businesses and want a branded platform to do it at scale.
* **Digital marketing agencies building a recurring SaaS revenue stream** — you want to add a productized WhatsApp service to your offering and keep the margin under your own brand.
* **Developers adding WhatsApp to client projects** — you're building out CRM or communication tools for clients and want a white-labeled WhatsApp backend without building from scratch.
